Together, with our family of brands, we are reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impacts by pursuing initiatives that are good for the environment and help us to achieve our shared goals:


net zero

We have a goal to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in our own operations* by 2040.

*Scope 1 & 2
Scope 1: Are direct emissions from sources that we own or control.
Scope 2: Are indirect emissions from the generation of purchased energy.


renewable energy

We plan to source 100% renewable energy* in our own operations by 2030.

*Electricity only.


waste management

We are working to divert 85% of our operational waste from landfill by 2027.

Our initiatives include

Net Zero

Putting LED lighting into some stores and distribution centers which brings a proven reduction in energy consumption.

Rolling out higher-efficiency heating and AC systems in certain stores and distribution centers.

Utilizing energy-efficient solutions in certain new buildings.

Renewable Energy

We are developing a range of energy efficiency incentives and programs including using on-site solar panels at some of our distribution centers.

Waste Management

Among other initiatives, we have recovery and recycling centers where we reuse and recycle items such as hangers, cardboard, and plastics.

Responsible Sourcing

Alongside our environmental initiatives, we are committed to operating responsibly and regularly review our approach, setting standards for ourselves and for those with whom we do business.
Our Vendor Code of Conduct outlines our expectations of merchandise vendors on issues including working hours, safety in the workplace and wages.

We have a long standing Global Social Compliance Program.

We have launched newer initiatives related to sustainable attributes in certain products and packaging.
